POULET SAUTÉ MEXICAINE |
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken -1kg
- oil -60ml
- Stock-150ml
- Tomatoes -225gm
- Capsicum -225 gm
- Mushroom - 60gm
- Butter -30gm
- Salt -to taste
- Pepper Powder -to taste
METHOD
1. Clean and joint the chicken2. Heat oil and sauté chicken pieces
3. Add stock and one tomatoes chopped up. covered and cook gentle till chicken is tender, check for seasoning
4. Dish the chicken. pour the sauce over . surround with grilled capsicum halves ( remove seeds) and mushroom. Garnish with remaining tomatoes chopped and toasted in hot butter
