INGREDIENTS:
- Potatoes -150gm
- Chicken -300gm
- Refined flour -15gm
- Bread crumbs -50gm
- Eggs -1no
- Oil -100ml
- Ginger -10gm
- Garlic -10gm
- Green chilly -15gm
- Garam masala-5gm
- Salt -to taste
METHOD:
- Cut and cook the chicken. Boil the potatoes and smash them.
- sauté chopped G.chilly and ginger garlic paste and add boiled chicken (minced), potato and garam masala and mix it well and check for seasoning .
- Make in to required shape and roll in flour egg wash and roll in bread crumbs and deep fry .
